Enjoy your morning espresso in one of these elegant black clay espresso cups. Thrown thinly and partially glazed with a lovely soft antique brass glaze. With no handle, there is little to distract from their delicate shape. The trick to handling them is to avoid over filling, about 60 ml, placing you're middle or ring finger under the foot rings and holding the rim between your thumb and pointer finger. Also great as a shot glass
 
  • Fired to 1200 °C, making the clay very durable and less water-absorbent
  • Not recommended for use in the microwave or for cleaning in the dishwasher

  • Care Instructions

    Never submerge hot ceramics in cold water. Please let them cool naturally before submerging in cold water.

    While the clay has been vetrified (made less absorbant) unglazed portions can absorb water if left for long periods of time submerged. To reduce this risk do not let it sit in a sink filled with water if you are not immediatly going to wash it.
