Beautiful hand-thrown tea set for 2 people (3 pieces: teapot and 2 cups) from grey clay with a lovely mottled green glaze. Inspired by the Japanese kyūsu-style teapot with the side handle, this design allows you to hold the pot from the side and place your thumb over the lid to hold it in place, keeping your other hand free to do another task.
 
  • Fired to 1220°C, making the clay very durable and less water-absorbent

  • Care Instructions

    Never submerge hot ceramics in cold water. Please let them cool naturally before submerging in cold water.

    While the clay has been vetrified (made less absorbant) unglazed portions can absorb water if left for long periods of time submerged. To reduce this risk do not let it sit in a sink filled with water if you are not immediatly going to wash it.
