Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving it no questions asked (with the exception of seasonal, sale and custom orders) minus the shipping costs.
If you receive a broken item but there is no damage to the packaging to indicate it was mishandled in shipping but rather is due to a defect I will replace it ASAP no fees applied.
If you receive an item that was damaged due to mishandling from the shipping company, please contact first the shipping company then me. What will and can be done will be determined on a case by case basis.
Items that are damaged through mistreatment may be repaired (i.e. dropping it, stepping on it, being pulled) please contact me with photos of the damage. If it can be repaired all remaining pieces (i.e. silver, chain, cabochons, beads) must be shipped back to me (at customer’s expense). The items will be repaired and the customer charged depending on the extent of the damage.
If an item cannot be repaired a new one will have to be purchased at full price.
